Tom Kelley is the general manager of IDEO and author of the best-seller The Art of Innovation. Tom has helped manage IDEO as it has grown from 20 designers to a staff of more than 350. During that time, he has been responsible for diverse areas such as business development, marketing, human resources, and operations.
Natasha Jen was born in Taipei, Taiwan and studied graphic design at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where she received her BFA with Honors in 2002. She has worked at Base Design as a senior designer on fashion and brand identity projects, at 2×4, Inc. as an art director leading large-scale branding, exhibition, environmental and editorial projects, and at Stone Yamashita Partners as creative director.
Jane brings proven leadership and global understanding to her role as Landor’s chief executive officer. Having spent four years as Landor’s president of Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, Jane excels at working with brands big and small across established and emerging markets. She has logged more than 20 years in advertising and media on both sides of the Atlantic at agencies including Saatchi & Saat-chi, McCann, and Ogilvy & Mather.
